The TP-Link Omada SM6110-SR 25GBase-SR SFP28 LC Transceiver is designed for high-capacity short-distance Ethernet links over multimode fibre. It operates at 850nm, supports dual rates of 25.78Gbps and 10.31Gbps, uses duplex LC/UPC connectivity, supports DDM and hot-swappable installation, and consumes no more than approximately 1W.
At 25G, TP-Link specifies up to 70m over OM3 and 100m over OM4. At 10.31Gbps, the transceiver can reach 300m over OM3, giving it useful flexibility for both 10G and 25G network deployments.
A current Kenyan market listing places the SM6110-SR at approximately KES 6,990 excluding VAT or KES 8,109 including VAT, although supplier pricing and availability can change.
