The TP-Link Omada SM5110LSB-10 10GBase-BX WDM Bi-Directional SFP+ Module provides high-capacity 10 Gigabit Ethernet over a single fibre strand. It supports 10.3125Gbps, Tx1270nm/Rx1330nm, 9/125µm single-mode fibre, simplex LC/UPC connectivity, DDM, hot-swappable operation and transmission distances up to 10km.
When paired with the complementary SM5110LSA-10, which transmits at 1330nm and receives at 1270nm, the two modules create a full bidirectional 10G connection while consuming only one fibre core. This makes the pair especially useful for ISPs, enterprises, data centres, campuses, CCTV backbones and building-to-building networks where fibre-core capacity is valuable.
